By giving us
advance notice of songs you most want to hear, we will be
able to add those that are most requested to the list
selected by the bride and groom. Although this may not
satisfy everyone, it will satisfy more than it disappoints.
We don't know of any other way that is as fair to everyone.
Another VERY
important point is that we may not already have every song
that you will want to hear. By voting early, we will have
time to get them all.
Unlike
American Idol, only your LAST votes count. If you vote
more than one time you will erase the previous votes and
overwrite them with your new votes. This lets you change your
mind, if you want to, but prevents anyone from "cheating" by
"stuffing" the ballot results.
Names and
E-mail addresses
will be compared to the guest list. if you put in a
bogus name or e-mail address, not only will the system trash
that vote, it may also cancel any other votes that came from
your IP address.
Because this event will have a mixed audience plus it will
take place at a church camp, we cannot play songs with
explicit lyrics or other rude content. If you request a
song that doesn't have a squeaky-clean version, you are
wasting a vote ...
To be certain that we play the song you want, please also
include the artist that does the song you are requesting,
like
"Clint Black - Something That We Do."
